Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until May 28, 2016 with a refund of all prepaid fees, except for a 50% administration charge. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will be mad made after the Meeting has been concluded


All participants must submit a completed registration form.

Banking and Exchange

The Italian monetary system is the Euro. Foreign currency may be exchanged at banks during normal banking hours, at hotels, at airports and in exchange offices. All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.

Liability and Insurance

The Organising Secretariat cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of, or damage to, property belonging to meeting participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

Visa Requirements

All visitors entering Italy must be in possession of a valid passport. For European Community citizens an Identity Card is sufficient. Participants should check the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their country regarding visa and health certificate requirements.I t is the responsability of the participant to obtain a VISA if required.
Conference invitation letter.
Please send an e-mail with your full name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number to the  3rd RSCR Organizing Secretariat at: stemcellspadua@ziptravelgroup.com and an official invitation letter (PDF) will be prepared and sent to your e-mail. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are mailed directly to them.

Certificate of Attendance

The certificate of attendance will be given to all registered participants at the Organising Secretariat desk at the end of the Meeting.

Call for Abstract

The scientific committee is pleased to invite the authors of the abstracts to actively take part to the 3rd International Congress On Responsible Stem Cell, giving their contribution with their scientific works to this extraordinary opportunity to exchange opinions and experiences.

The Author who has been named as CONTACT PERSON will receive the necessary information (username and password) to proceed with their work.

All information and news about the status of the abstract will only be sent to the Contact Person’s e-mail address. Please check for the accuracy of the e-mail address inserted.


Food and Beverages

Coffee/tea during breaks (as indicated in the programme) are included in the registration fee.

How to reach Padova

By Plane

The international airports of Veneto Region are Venezia Marco Polo International Airport. Connections between Venice Marco Polo Airport and the city of Padua

By Bus

You can reach Padua city centre by FSBusitalia bus.

By Bus + train

Take ACTV line 15 bus or the ATVO FLY BUS shuttle to Venezia Mestre railway station, then take a train to Padova (visit Trenitalia or Italo Treno websites).

Car rental

A car rental service is available in the airport.

By Taxi

The taxi service is provided by Cooperativa Artigiana Radiotaxi. For info and bookings Tel. +39 041 59 64 (24-hour service).

By car

Arriving from West, A4 Milano-Venezia motorway, take Padova Ovest exit. From there it takes few minutes to reach the city centre, taking the state road called Tangenziale following Padova centro. Further information can be checked on the Autostrade website www.autobspd.it. Arriving from East, from the A4 take the Padova Est exit and following the directions for Padovacentro città. Arriving from South, the A13 Motorway Bologna-Padova ends with beginning of the South Tangenziale that leads to the different part of the city.

By Train

Direct connections with major cities in Italy are provided by the national train service Trenitalia (www.trenitalia.com). From Railway Station to center of the city you can take the tram.

Moving around town

Moving around Padova is much easier using the wide net of local buses that reaches all areas of the town and the immediate surroundings. Urban buses are marked A.P.S. (Padova Service Company) and Aps tickets can be bought at many newsagents and tobacconists. There is an Aps kiosk right outside the train station, where many lines start their journey or stop. Most lines pass across the city centre, and stop close to main points of interest. Some lines run up until midnight, but after that time the only public transport is the taxi service (www.taxipadova.it).

Padova is a wonderful city with many interesting treasures and points of interest. Going around the city you could see the important historical/artistic treasures that are making Padova one of the most bright cultural city of Italy. You can admire: the famous frescoes by Giotto in the Scrovegni Chapel crossing the old university then Cafe Pedrocchi and Palazzo Della Ragione to arrive at Sant’Antonio and the Basilica of Santa Giustina. Padova is for sure a city that will fascinate every single visitor. Don’t renounce for any reason to do a walk trough the historical city center and let yourself be enchanted by this historical Venetian city.
