Hotel Accomodation – Cancellation Policy
All changes or cancellations must be notified in writing to ZIP TRAVEL GROUP by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
> Cancellation fees will be as follows:
- For cancellations received before October 7th 2016 the payment will be refunded except for the first night.
- From October 7th 2016, in case of any cancellation, reduction of nights booked or no-show, there will be not refund
> Refunds will be made at the end of the congress.
> In case of no show the total cost of the reservation will be charged (100% penalty will apply)
